Thank you for visiting the Badass Beverages website. By accessing and using this website you agree to the below terms and conditions (Terms) and will be bound by these Terms each time you access the website. If you do not agree to these Terms you are not authorised to use the website and must stop doing so immediately.
1. Authorised Representative: Where your access and use of this website is on behalf of an entity (eg. company), you confirm you are authorised to act on that person’s behalf and that by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.
2. Changes to the Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time by placing the updated Terms on our website, which are effective immediately. By continuing to access and use the website you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.
3. Minors: The website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years.

4. SHIPPING: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays (observed in Auckland), orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days. Please be aware that between the 23rd of December and around the 14th of January our warehouse may be closed. Please expect orders placed in this period to be dispatched upon arrival back from these dates.
Generally, products will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the order and should be received at the majority of New Zealand addresses within 5-7 working days. We cannot courier orders to PO Box or Private Bag addresses. Delivery charges are $5 nationally. We only deliver within New Zealand.
5. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you purchase the incorrect size or item. However, we will address any genuinely faulty item with a replacement or refund as required.
If you find your item to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to set it right. Please contact hello@badassbeverages.co.nz with details of your order and issue and we'll get right back to you.
6. PRODUCT: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
7. PRICING: All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. We do not accept payments in other currencies. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Information sent by you to us through the website is not encrypted. We do not guarantee the security of the content of any such information.
10. Website links: Our website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties and Badass Beverages makes no warranties or representations and accepts no responsibility for the information contained on these other websites.

We use cookies to identify specific machines in order to collect aggregate information on how visitors experience the website. This information will help to better adapt the website to suit personal requirements. We may use third-party vendors to show Badass Beverages ads on sites on the Internet and serve these ads based on a user’s prior visits to the website. We may also use analytics data supplied by these vendors to inform and optimise ad campaigns based on your prior visits to the website.
